Thomas the train cake for a 3rd birthday using a mixture of buttercream and fondant.

Retirement Cake

(Whole sheet cake) Beach themed retirement cake. Seashells, bucket, waves, blanket, flip flops, umbrella, and float made from fondant. "Sand" made from nilla wafers. Entire cake is edible except for the umbrella handle.

Graduation Cake

Graduation cake 2010 for a student using ECU colors. Diploma and ribbon made using fondant. The rest is in buttercream icing.

Ariel Birthday Cake

Ariel birthday cake with Nilla wafer "sand" and seashells made from fondant. Everything else is made using buttercream icing.

Mickey Mouse Birthday Cake

For a first birthday party. Mickey head (for birthday boy) was cut out of a 9x13 sheet cake. Sheet cake of Mickey was an 11x15 for the guests. All buttercream icing.
